About Julie
With four dogs, three baby calves, five chickens, two horses, one Jersey bull and a husband, I am a very busy hobby farmer indeed! Arriving in Tassie five years ago from Western Australia has been a dream come true and nothing brings me more joy than discovering my new home state. With a constant stream of visitors, I'm forever thinking of new and exciting ways to showcase this amazing island.
Ever since I was young I have had a passion for adventure... a trait I have inevitably passed down to both of my children. A three month backpacking trip with my daughter around Europe will always remain as my most treasured travel memory. My best advice for travelling overseas? Pack Light! I'm very excited about my role as a lastminute.com.au travel blog writer. I can't wait to share with you just some of what Tasmania has to offer.
